SOLOSHOW is thrilled to announce the debut solo exhibition of acclaimed designer and SoCal artist Shelley Kremenek, a highly anticipated event set to captivate the Laguna Beach art community and beyond.

‘Pieces of Me’ serves as a poignant chronicle of the past three years of Kremenek’s life—a period marked by the loss of her mother and the profound discovery of her creative self. Navigating diverse mediums—ranging from canvas, paper, wood, pastels, oils, and acrylics— Kremenek’s body of work reveals a tapestry of thematic unity as a conduit for processing grief. Each stroke, each hue, each line, is meticulously crafted to evoke not just visual delight but to reflect on a narrative of memories that enrich and enliven the mind.

“Within my work [there is] an unapologetic celebration of femininity, a kaleidoscope of beauty—both fierce and tender—that is as dynamic as it is resolute. These motifs emerged organically as a tribute to the guiding spirit of my mother, her essence woven into the very fabric of [each piece],” says Kremenek. 'Pieces of Me' is meant to "provoke dialogue, invite contemplation, and transcend mere decor to become portals to deeper conversations about femininity, love, and loss.”
