ABOUT OUR COMPANY
With humble beginnings in SOLOSHOW, our sister brand (name TBA) is spreading its wings and spinning out as its own business. With a strong focus on fine arts education, we have demonstrated incredible potential to grow our business in new and exciting ways across various channels (in-person, online, B2B, B2C, and more) while simultaneously supporting artists and serving art-curious creators throughout their creative journeys.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
This opportunity—at least at first—will operate as a hybrid fine art instructor/sales account director role and will require considerable ramp time (estimated between 8-12 months) to blossom from a part-time side hustle into a full-time position with tremendous professional and financial upside. This role is a unique opportunity for an artist looking to accelerate their career outside typical pathways (i.e., Instagram, galleries, art fairs, etc.). Thus, we must identify the right artist/creative mind who is entrepreneurial and can execute like a business owner from day one.
In addition to teaching our signature art classes, you will be responsible for the account management of our SoCal business. Your initial responsibilities will include people management, inventory management, account management, account building, content development, coordinating shipments, and possibly more; what you put into these activities will directly impact the return on investment of your time. Furthermore, as one of the first employees, you’ll have a tangible impact on the strategic direction of the company, which may ultimately lead to leadership team opportunities as we grow.
